Swine Flu and Rainfall
by Namita - August 18th, 2009India is facing drought like situation all over the country. Pune is not left behind. This time there is a water scarcity and we hear imposition of 30% water cut. To further add fuel to fire, there is wide spread of Swine Flu. Pune became Swine flu capital of India.
But on Tuesday 18th August, Pune was blessed with good rainfall. First think came to my mind “no water cut”. I was able to see Wednesday’s headlines “No Water Cut”. I was happy and enjoyed cool breeze & rain. Swine flu was deleted from my memory. Continue reading »
